If you're unhappy with how we've handled your personal data, here's how to raise a complaint.

Step 1 — contact us

Email eevee.bork@icloud.com with "Data complaint" in the subject line. Please describe what happened and what outcome you're looking for.

What happens next

• We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
• We will investigate and respond with an outcome within 30 days.
• We keep a log of complaints and how they were resolved.

Step 2 — escalate to the ICO

If you're still unhappy after our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
